Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. bengalwin reserves the right to suspend or cancel all associated accounts in the event of a breach of this rule.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The user must keep their account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. bengalwin will not be responsible if a third party gains unauthorized access to your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the bengalwin support team immediately. bengalwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

• Allowing others to use or selling your account is prohibited.
• Any suspicious transactions on the account must be reported immediately.

4.1 Deposit Rules

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may be used to deposit funds into bengalwin. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name — depositing funds from another person's account is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bengalwin may request additional verification for any transaction.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, bengalwin reserves the right to hold payment and, if necessary, cancel the account. In such situations, the burden of proof lies with the user.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bengalwin offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to meet wagering requirements on eligible games.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after receiving a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied to the same deposit simultaneously unless stated otherwise.
• bengalwin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if any irregularity or bonus abuse is detected.
• A bonus can never be considered a direct cash benefit.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

bengalwin's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit based on that week's net loss. For example: a Gold member with a ৳20,000 net loss receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Advancement to higher tiers depends on the user's activity and regularity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bengalwin platform:

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Bonus abuse — including claiming the same offer on multiple accounts or meeting bonus conditions through collaborative betting.
• Attempting to access another user's account or participating in hacking activities.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources onto the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately towards other users or staff.

For any of the above violations, bengalwin reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

bengalwin is committed to responsible gambling. Each user can set deposit limits, session time limits, and use self-exclusion options to keep their betting activity under control. Gambling is for entertainment — not as a source of income.

10.1 Account Closure by the User

Any user may request account closure at any time. Available balance should be withdrawn before making the request, as funds requested after account closure will be subject to applicable bonus conditions.

10.2 Account Closure by bengalwin

bengalwin may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or due to legal obligations.

10.3 Changes to Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Bangladesh, bengalwin is not liable for the following:

• Direct or indirect financial losses caused by technical failure, service disruption, or third parties.
• Any loss resulting from the user's own decisions.

• Transactions affected by internet connection failure or device failure.
